AZ Displays offers value-added services, kits consisting of LCDs paired with peripheral components, low temperature performance and sunlight readability enhancements for its standard range of color TFT displays. Many of such enhancements are done at our newly opened state-of-the-art clean room of Class 100 (allows less than 100 particles of 0.3, 0.5, and 5 Mm size. VALUE-ADDED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

• TOUCH SCREEN ASSEMBLY: air-gap bonding of 4-wire, 5-wire, and other types of touch panels to color LCD panels in a clean room environment, gasket solutions for touch panels are also available.
   
• LOW TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENTS: the ability to incorporate a standard or custom-made ITO-based heater onto a standard TFT LCD, which enables the module to operate at -40C.
   
• SUNLIGHT READABILITY ENHANCEMENTS:
  
  A. active enhancement - adding anti-reflection coating and additional CCFL lamps, or replacing CCFL with high-bright and high-power LEDs for a TFT LCD to achieve overall brightness of 800 cd/m2 or more.
