Displays, Inc., open frame monitor series AOM080S, AOM121S, AOM150X are
rugged, high performance industrial LCD monitors, designed for
commercial and industrial applications. Built-in touch panels and
plug-and-play capabilities make these color screens convenient to
interface and user-friendly.

Accept contents of different computer resolutions (640x480, 800x600,
1024x768, 1280x1024)
OSD controls allowing on-screen adjustments of brightness, contrast, RGB
auto color balance
Multi system video inputs: Composite Video and S-Video, D-Sub 15 pin
female for VGA
Options of USB or RS-232 (DB9 Female) interface for touch screen
Optional 5-wire resistive touch screen

Technical Background:
AZ Displays' open frame monitors are standard plug-and-play LCD
solutions, which come as a kit with all necessary built-in components to
power them up ready for immediate use. Simply connect the power cord to
the AC outlet, and connect the power to the monitor through the AC/DC
adapter. If a source of content is full-motion video, just plug one end
of the 15-pin signal cable to the VGA connector at the rear of the PC
system and the other end to the Open Frame Monitor. Alternatively, an
external analog video camera or DVD player can be connected to AOM080S,
AOM121S, or AOM150X via RCA connector. Optional 5-wire resistive touch
screens offer higher durability compared to 4-wire resistive touch
panels.
Examples of Applications:
Open frame monitors can be used for a wide variety of applications to
display both full-motion video content and simple graphics (bar graphs,
still pictures, or menus). Such applications include kiosks, arcade
games, ATM machines, aviation simulators, military, medical, marine,
security, industrial equipment, and tabletop instrumentation.
