4/11/2005 AZ Displays, Inc Acquires Signet Inc’s TFT Display Business Unit

Aliso Viejo, California – AZ Displays, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of American Zettler Inc., announced today the acquisition of
the TFT business unit from Signet Inc., effective May 1, 2005. The
addition of Signet’s product line featuring Prime View 2.5” up to 10.4”
TFT (thin film transistor) displays and Signet’s Value added services
will significantly broaden AZ Displays offering of display products and
services.
Saleem Aaron, National Sales manager of AZ Displays Inc., states that
“Signet TFT products and services fit extremely well with our existing
wide range of character and graphic LCD modules, allowing us to offer
our OEM and Distributor customer base a complete range of high quality
products and services for all display applications”. The TFT displays
will be marketed by AZ Displays present sales and marketing team under
the “Prime View by AZ Displays” Brand.
